Teammates App assures you that it protects its users' private information. We operate on the App Store and use Google Firebase as an external service. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the app.
Your Personal Information is kept and stored only for your own access to Teammates so that the app can log and remember your in-game progress. By downloading and using Teammates App via the Apple App Store, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
Before using our App we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify you and log your progress. These are your personal email address and password, which we will not use in any way for marketing or any purposes without your permission. Emails will only be sent if users opt in on our contact page.
Like many app developers, we collect information that your mobile device sends to our third party service, Firebase. Firebase collects and saves data so that it is remembered when the user next logs in.
Data stored for use on Firebase includes:
User game progression
Log Data stored but not for use on Google Firebase includes your Unique Device Identification (UDID), the time and date spent using the app and your in-game progress.
We will not use your Personal Information to contact you with marketing or promotional materials unless you have subscribed to our mailing list. Subscribing gives permission for weekly quiz emails to be sent only. Our email contact is otherwise only for the purpose of responding to issues and queries users may have.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security as we rely on third-party services, but we will not use any personal information for our own benefit.
